The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first contact a customer or client has with the company, whether by telephone or in person. This position must maintain excellent customer service skills and etiquette. All CSRs must be able to handle multi-line telephone systems, receive and dispatch service requests, monitor aircraft movements, provide concierge services, and maintain a warm, inviting environment for the customer. This is currently a full-time position.
