About The Position

South West Plumbing is urgently hiring for a Customer Service Representative! Who are we? We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical systems. The Big Task: This position greets incoming callers and processes appointments for our business. Helps in a consistently professional, friendly, and urgent manner, conveying information accurately to external and other internal customers utilizing scripts and other internal sources to secure appointments for our technician’s.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience is required
  • At least 1 year of call center experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, and experience with outbound and inbound calls.
  • Ability to function well in fast-faced work environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service or lead setting appointments.
  • Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
  • Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
  • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information.
  • Learn and follow with consistency the SOPs for the department
  • Assist with confirmations in any/all depts as needed.
  • Use great customer service practices to answer incoming calls from customers and book appointments for our technicians.
  • Answer all calls with urgency and in a professional manner.
  • Meet the call center’s daily appointment setting goal numbers.
  • Make outbound calls to offer maintenance warranties to customers.
  • Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction of service performed by technicians.
