About The Position
SkillsetGroup is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in the city of Grand Prairie or Fort Worth, TX area . The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience in upselling products or services. This will be a 1 st Shift position and a Direct Hire opportunity. Requirements
- 3 years’ experience as a Customer Service Rep. in the security systems, overhead doors, access control gates, or door operator industry.
- Familiarity with an ERP system, computer literate, and MS office products.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual is a plus, not a must.
- This individual could have done outside sales of security systems and looking to get into the office.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service and technical support.
- Upsell products or services to meet customer needs.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
