This role is for a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them over the phone and in-person with their financial needs. Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service both on the phone and in-person.
  • Market for new and continued customer business.
  • Prepare and process loans and income tax returns.
