About The Position

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our Provider Network team supporting Health Medicaid programs. In this onsite role, you will serve as a key point of contact for healthcare providers and members, delivering accurate information and exceptional service related to Medicaid eligibility, claims, and program support.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of recent experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred
  • Must reside locally and be able to commute to the Austin office

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide clear and accurate support for Medicaid eligibility, claims, and provider inquiries
  • Document all interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system
  • Route calls to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Consistently meet attendance, productivity, and quality performance standards
