The Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales position exists to field incoming calls for products, resolve customer service issues and to make effective outgoing sales calls to generate sales and revenue for the company.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Good active listening skills
  • Organization and time management
  • Proficient Microsoft computer skills
  • Knowledge of inventory-based software desired
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 25 lbs and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
  • The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs
  • The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) or at a distance
  • The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects
  • The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp manipulate, or assemble objects
  • Ability to climb 12-14 ft platform ladders
  • Ability to run, maneuver, navigate or drive a vehicle
  • Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials

Responsibilities

  • Process customer order files and process tracking / delivery information back to the customer in their required formats
  • Field incoming calls from customers looking for specific products based on year, make, model and type of vehicle
  • Field incoming calls relating to general customer service issues and find solutions that promptly and effectively fit the customers needs
  • Make effective outgoing sales calls to current and prospective customers
  • Review current customer accounts to discover new sales opportunities
  • AR Responsibilities - Prepare daily excel spread sheet for check deposits and Credit Card payments.
