We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat. Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions. Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus , but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
