This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer service needs via telephone and email through a positive and respectful dialogue. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential. This position is scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
