About The Position

This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer service needs via telephone and email through a positive and respectful dialogue. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential. This position is scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2 years of telephone call center experience a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, respond to, and resolve customer questions, concerns, and inquiries accurately and appropriately.
  • Provide customers with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means and assist customers to achieve total satisfaction.
