Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the front counter with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Process customer orders and provide accurate estimates for print, signage and design services.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Monitor company email account and respond accordingly.
Maintain a clean and organized front counter area to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle credit card transactions.
Promote special offers and services to enhance sales and customer engagement.
Support marketing initiatives by distributing promotional materials and flyers.
Monitor Invoca inbound lead tracking tool.
