The Customer Service Rep's primary function is to service and support Ambient Edge customers. This position requires knowledge of our products, as well as excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills. The Customer Service Rep is responsible for customer service by engaging, actively listening, understanding and advising customers as to the products necessary to meet their needs. The Role: Book service appointments and do whatever is necessary to promote customer satisfaction.
