The Customer Service Representative position is a customer facing role, supporting the bank by establishing new deposit accounts, performing various account maintenance, fulfilling internal and external account and maintenance requests, and providing excellent customer service. It requires constant customer contact in person, over the phone, and through email. In addition to customer service, this position requires a teachable spirit, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and on a team. The position requires a thorough knowledge of all types of accounts, services and products offered and sold by Stockman. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will have extensive in-person, telephone, and email contact and is to conduct relationships in a manner that will enhance the professional, community focused, and overall marketing effort of the Bank.
