About The Position

This role is almost entirely customer-facing. Additional aspects relate to the support of the sales staff and office team. Primary responsibilities include the following: Answering and directing phone calls Scheduling of estimate appointments Response to customer voicemails, emails, and web requests Follow-up correspondence with customers Secondary responsibilities: Lead Management Operations support and other administrative tasks
