Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.

Requirements

Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience in a Voice account
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Ability to multitask (taking calls and responding to emails)
Organized and keen to details
Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shifts

Responsibilities
