About The Position

We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Representative (8:00am-5:00pm). The Customer Service Representative provides customers with product availability, pricing, and delivery information; responds to general inquiries from customers; calls customers and sales personnel to provide updated information; manages time properly and prioritizes responsibilities to complete day-to-day tasks; takes on any additional functions related to customer service; adheres to high ethical standards of business in all aspects of the job, but especially toward customers. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word and/or Excel
  • Previous customer service experience
  • 10-key

Responsibilities

  • Provides customers with product availability, pricing, and delivery information
