About The Position

Kforce client is seeking a Service Coordinator in Orange County CA. This position is onsite Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30 pm. Responsibilities: In this role, the Customer Service Representative will be managing the day-to-day operations of a sign maintenance service, including scheduling appointments, coordinating technicians, communicating with clients, and resolving any issues related to signage services, while maintaining efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and technicians 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Ability to provide quality customer service to clients and communicate effectively with technicians, team members, and other departments
  • Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer software for scheduling, project management, and recordkeeping
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Adhere to all safety practices and guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process sign orders, including gathering detailed specifications and requirements from clients
  • Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly
  • Assign sign maintenance jobs to technicians based on expertise and location
  • Monitoring progress on service calls, ensuring timely completion
  • Maintain detailed records of all sign repairs/maintenance calls, including client information, project details, and service dates
