About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This role supports patients and healthcare providers by ensuring smooth coordination, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed
  • Respond to emails quickly and professionally
  • Communicate with patients, referral sources, and internal teams
  • Review referral information for accuracy
  • Create patient orders or schedule equipment per physician prescriptions
  • Process orders and route calls to the correct department
  • Follow up on open issues to ensure resolution
  • Meet call response and email turnaround goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Deliver friendly, empathetic, and professional customer service
