About The Position
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Dellwood location! We're looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service at our busy store located at 10486 W Florissant Ave. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently process orders Prepare food items according to company standards Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced register Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed Provide helpful information about our products and promotions Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a friendly, empathetic manner Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude during peak hours
Requirements
