About The Position

This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer service needs via telephone and email through a positive and respectful dialogue. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of telephone call center experience a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, respond to, and resolve customer questions, concerns, and inquiries accurately and appropriately.
  • Provide customers with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means and assist customers to achieve total satisfaction.
  • Interact with customers and co-workers in a respectful and courteous manner and maintain confidentiality of all customer information.
  • Use Eastern’s application software system accurately and successfully.
  • Answer customer concerns by phone, email, and chat.
  • Be receptive to and successfully complete other duties as assigned.
