• High school diploma, or equivalent required
• Must be able to pass drug testing and background checks
• At least 2 years’ experience in a high-volume Customer Service role
• Outstanding phone-based customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and as well as a diverse, free flowing task list
• Ability to easily connect with people in person as well as over the phone, email and social media

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Service Titan is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package Highly Preferred
• Knowledge of Gmail Suite Highly Preferred
• Prior Home Services Experience Would be Ideal!

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls
• Understand customer needs
• Build orders in the operating system
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure a 5 Star Promise delivery
• Dispatch plumbers (possible duty)
• Reschedule appointments (possible duty)
• Communicate with Payroll (possible duty)
• Follow up on unsold estimates (possible duty)
