Summary: A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing administrative support for orders from receipt to delivery. This support includes receiving, entering, and updating customer orders as well as frequent communication with the production, quality, and shipping departments. Customer Service also works with outside vendors and suppliers to establish lead times and schedule/procure components and services.
