About The Position

Customer Service Representative will work directly with customers to process orders.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age (required at all locations)
  • High School diploma or GED (required at all locations)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred (all locations)
  • 3 years’ experience in Customer Service

Responsibilities

  • Download EDI/Order Entry: Analyze Validation Report, address any revision changes, price discrepancies, obsolete parts, new parts, orders received with little or no lead-time, etc.
  • Manual entry of Customer Orders (keyboard accuracy is a must)
  • Manage Customer Portals
  • Contact Customers on any orders received within our standard lead-time. Negotiate new due dates, if possible. Work with Master Schedule and Plant Manager on any short lead-time orders.
  • Complies with all safety and environmental regulations, and works to create and promote a safe working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned
