Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Ensures that good customer relations and seamless turnaround in problem resolution are maintained and customer claims, product orders and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. May answer questions and provide prompt information related to potential concerns. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Schedule: Work schedule anytime: Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 9:00pm Central, according to business needs. (Schedules rotate every 6-months through a performance driven bid) Standard hours for training: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Central, according to business needs. This is an IN-OFFICE position working under a remote setting until further notice
