About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of our company—helping customers with their service needs and ensuring smooth operations for our drivers and teams. This role is about more than answering calls—it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for helping people

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and process requests for new service, changes, or discontinuation
  • Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information
  • Work closely with drivers and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Resolve customer issues with cost-effective, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions
