Nice To Haves

  • Veterinary experience is a plus, but strong customer service skills, accountability, and emotional intelligence matter most.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and manage client communication (calls, texts, emails)
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and next steps
  • Support the medical team through clear and timely communication
  • Maintain accurate records and client information
  • Help keep the front desk organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
  • Be a steady, positive presence for clients, patients, and teammates
