  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and teammates

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism in person and on the phone
  • Scheduling appointments and keeping daily workflows running smoothly
  • Answering questions and providing clear, compassionate client education
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and updating charts
  • Supporting the medical team through clear communication and coordination
  • Processing payments and managing check-in and check-out
  • Helping create a calm, organized, and welcoming front desk experience
