Overview: As a Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. The 2nd shift position works full time from 2PM-10PM, Monday-Friday. An example schedule for 2nd shift is below: Monday - 2PM-10PM Tuesday - 2PM-10PM Wednesday - 2PM-10PM Thursday - 2PM-10PM Friday - 2PM-10PM Saturday - OFF Sunday - OFF Until further notice: Minimum wage $22/hr Additional 2.5% premium for WKD shift and 10% premium for 2nd Shift Rogue Team Members eligible to receive Quarterly Bonus The Customer Service Representative is a fully onsite role in Columbus, Ohio.
