About The Position

Primary duty is to answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns. Maintain high level of professionalism with clients, working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Update customer information in the database.

Requirements

  • 1+ year customer service experience in fast paced environment required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with technology, Excel and Microsoft Word.

Nice To Haves

  • Food Industry experience preferred.
