About The Position

Do you have Mad Customer Service Skills? The Plumbing Source is looking for a top notch Customer Service Representative to keep our Plumbing technicians rolling and our customers happy! This is a great place to learn and grow. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who takes the initiative, is flexible and collaborative, and who creatively problem solves for our customers. What you'll do each day: You'll be the first impression of the company, the friendly voice on the phone saving the day for the customer with a plumbing or drain issues, You'll be a great listener, so you know just how to take care of the customer’s needs. You'll be efficient while scheduling a service call that suits the customer’s schedule. You'll be accurate at data entry, making sure all the notes entered into the system for the Technician who will be dispatched for the repair, so they know just what to do. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in customer service
  • Call center environment experience
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background check and drug screening. You will be subject to random drug screening throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Service Titan experience is a plus.
