About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, minimum of 2 years preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, presentation and active listening skills
  • Customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated / self-starter
  • Positive attitude
  • Able to follow directions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hard worker, punctual and reliable

Responsibilities

  • Handles inbound and outbound calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service and make recommendations to management
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
