The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is charged with accepting and accurately processing transactions according to the Bank's policies and procedures. As the initial contact for new and existing clients, a CSR is charged with providing excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions. Determines the proper individual/line of business to handle sales opportunities and more complex customer services issues. Location: This position is 100% in office. The employee will work their scheduled work hours in a designated WesBanco location. Consideration for location will be at our Adrain North location.
