Are you friendly, reliable, and ready to be part of a supportive team? At Ram Jack, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our call center. This is the front line of communication with our customers and franchises across the U.S.
Requirements
- Clear and friendly communication skills (phone and email).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Dependable and comfortable working in a structured environment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training!
Responsibilities
- Answer and Schedule: Take inbound calls and schedule sales appointments.
- Follow Up: Make outbound calls and send emails to check on client needs.
- Keep Records Organized: Enter and update customer details in our CRM system.
- Be a Team Player: Assist with other call center tasks as needed.
