As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping members schedule non-emergency medical transportation. You’ll handle inbound calls (and some outbound follow-ups) from members, healthcare facilities, transportation providers, and health plan partners ensuring rides are arranged smoothly, accurately, and with excellent service. We’re looking for positive and dependable individuals with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
