Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Speed and accuracy in data entry using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.
  • Professional experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software for sending and receiving online forms to open and set up accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Answer a high volume of calls with a proprietary network to answer questions while offering excellent customer service.
  • Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls as well as follow-up information and outcomes.
  • Respond to customer service issues, concerns or complaints with the program and seek to expedite resolution of a problem.
  • Accurately document the customer's contact information including phone number, email address and other essential account development information, verify the system is correct and make changes as necessary.
  • Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to understand their needs, ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, credit, and wholesale operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and pleasurable customer experience.
  • Print and/or change delivery tickets to reflect current needs, address any changes with the customer and management.
  • Account maintenance and data entry.
  • Knowledge of products, invoicing and manual entry of customer data.
  • Dispatch support for the customer’s request.
