Requirements

  • Associate degree or High School Diploma is acceptable with a strong background on the fields mentioned above.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter, attention to detail, high sense of urgency
  • 2-5 years of call center or data center experience
  • Experience as intern on related fields is acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic technical support to customers via email, phone, or other methods
  • Answer calls from the call queue and manage accordingly
  • Provides customers with accurate and timely information regarding their inquiries received via phone or email
  • Maintaining customer contact and shipping information, follow up on part quotes, returns and late shipments, and pursue sales quote for purchase orders
  • Process orders within an hour of receipt including upload of sales order packet to the share drive
  • Follow-up & Process SAP Batch transactions
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate Supervisor
  • Training provided
