Requirements

  • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Shows an ability to manage time to complete tasks
  • Trustworthy and is a good ambassador for Hensley
  • Experience with CRM software: Salesforce and SAP
  • Knowledge and experience in Customer Service

Responsibilities

  • Considered the “Voice of Hensley” and represents the company through daily customer interactions.
  • Communicates with customers via phone and e-mail to receive orders, update them on status of existing orders and provide/promote new product information.
  • Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of Hensley products to assist dealers with the sale, application and promotion of Company products.
  • Process orders, evaluate open orders and arrange shipments per customers’ instructions for both Domestic and International customers.
  • Interact and coordinate with freight forwarders and Hensley logistics department to ship Hensley products to every corner of the world.
  • Develop understanding of international logistics requirements to prepare and maintain documents packages for overseas shipments Work closely with Customers and Outside Sales Reps to resolve issues related to customer orders.
  • Exhibit a positive, professional image in appearance, words and actions.
  • Participate in dealer schools, training and trade shows to advance product knowledge and develop a strong grasp of the industry as a whole.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must be willing to learn and comply with the Komatsu Worldwide Code of Business Conduct, KAC Code of Conduct, Hensley Environmental Policies, Hensley Safety Policies and Hensley Quality Policies.
