Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Four-year degree preferred

Responsibilities

Provide focused and professional customer support
Communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, and social media
Guide customers through product selection, confirm fitments, and help create support tickets
Assist other departments as needed
Navigate and multitask across multiple software programs
Multitask typing and speaking simultaneously
