About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our sales and operations teams across multiple offices. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service, strong relationships, and seamless coordination between internal teams and customers. Job Location: Benicia, CA or Bakersfield, CA

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to read and interpret technical, financial, and legal documents
Experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and tools such as GoCanvas and Smartsheets
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working with basic mathematical concepts (percentages, ratios, etc.)
Valid California Driver’s License with a clean DMV record

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support
Assist Sales and Operations teams by preparing quotes and supporting Outside Sales efforts
Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, timely updates on products, services, and projects
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with customer expectations
Maintain accurate client records and perform quality checks on documentation
Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows and promotional campaigns
Conduct site visits and job walks as needed
Assist with onboarding new customers and supporting account retention and growth
Track equipment utilization and provide reports to leadership as requested
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
