Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required and 1+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to type and process material in an expeditious manner.
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to learn new software programs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely determination of daily assignments of elevated cases.
  • Report outcomes on an ongoing basis.
  • Educate clients via phone and email to support initiatives.
  • Record all follow-up as necessary.
  • Retrieve transactions from other business units requiring extensive analysis and complete task as prescribed.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and remain up-to-date on relevant policies and procedures.
  • Perform special reviews and in-process quality reviews as needed.
  • Work closely with other business units to understand the business requirements and issues.
  • Identify and resolve both systematic and manual errors.
  • Perform case processing.
  • Research case history to determine if appropriate actions were taken.
  • Process notices.
  • Review and provide feedback to documentation/processes from different business units.
  • Track and document all research requests and inquiries.
  • Work closely with management in resolving difficult and complex tasks.
  • Meet individual and group performance expectations and standards.
  • Meet key performance metrics.
  • Responsible for adhering to established safety standards.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
  • Occasionally lifts, carries, or otherwise moves items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Work is constantly performed in an office environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
