The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building lasting relationships with customers and the Conditioned Air Solutions team through excellent communications. This position will engage in contact with customers in our local communities to schedule service, maintenance, or new installation appointments. Essential Job Duties: Receives inbound or makes outbound calls to book appointments with our service and sales teams Provides accurate appointment information to service or sales teams Tracks calling efforts and accomplishments Follows-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Other Duties: Performs other duties as requested
