You will coordinate project scheduling and notifies customers in advance and provides updates as needed or requested.What You'll Do Receive and manage customer phone calls regarding comments/issues/complaints Coordinate activities to resolve customer complaints and issues Prepare job jackets for Foreman; printing all required documents (WRs, permits, service record cards, Miss Utility tickets, etc.) Use Telogis and driver report to track assets and driver performance Prepare project materials and collateral as necessary Liaison between NPL, subcontractors and the Utility Company Communicate with the Customer on work request On-Site inspection of property of desired gas installation/replacement Maintain well-organized filing and tracking systems Retrieval of documents or information, as required Other duties as requested by leadership
