What You’ll Do: Provide effective customer service and dispatch support through in-depth knowledge of company products, programs and services.

Requirements

High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED).
Three to five years related customer service experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Talk with customers by phone and enter data into computer system.
Solicit future orders from customers and enter orders into computer system.
Negotiate with customers’ acceptable delivery times to prevent lost orders.
Document customer complaints and forward to Dispatch Manager and/or Sales Representative.
Assist Dispatch Manager in tasks as required.
