This role provides customer service to a variety of customers over the telephone. The representative is responsible for servicing existing clients, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction. They will receive and respond to customer service inquiries, both written and verbal, and follow-up on customer issues, research problems, and process necessary documents to ensure successful resolution. The position requires providing accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools, and handling calls and correspondence that are predominantly routine but may require some deviation from standard procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong typing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients
  • Establishes a positive rapport with every caller

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word.

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service to variety of customers over the telephone.
