About The Position

Our company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! People often come to us looking for a job, but they stay with us because they find a fulfilling career, room to grow, and opportunities to excel. You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Phone based customer service or call center environment highly preferred
  • Plumbing or construction industry experience preferred
  • Service Titan experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • You will answer incoming customer phone calls and schedule jobs for plumbing crews.
  • Will act as a backup for dispatch.
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
  • Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
  • Make follow up calls to customers, ensuring expectations have been met, and address any further questions/concerns they may have.
  • Other routine office duties
