About The Position

Our company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

Requirements

• 2-4 years relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Phone based customer service or call center environment highly preferred
• Plumbing or construction industry experience preferred
• Service Titan experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• You will answer incoming customer phone calls and schedule jobs for plumbing crews.
• Will act as a backup for dispatch.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
• Make follow up calls to customers, ensuring expectations have been met, and address any further questions/concerns they may have.
• Other routine office duties
