This position is responsible for maintaining strong business and customer relationships utilizing excellent communication skills, monitoring and tracking truck loads; all while providing top-tier customer service and professionalism. Entering Shipment Orders into Nippon Express' Transportation Management System TMW. Check Calls to drivers for track and trace & GPS set up. Update account managers on any issues that arise helping to create and execute solutions. Calling shippers and consignees to schedule pickup and delivery appointments. Request & retrieve POD's, backup paperwork, etc. from vendors. Maintain professional and courteous customer service relations with associates and carriers. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, carrier and company information. Support management and staff in assigned project-based work. Other duties as assigned by management.
