In this role, you’ll communicate with the Carr Lane sales team, our customers, internal team members, and our distributors through phone, email, and our ticketing system. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) answers questions, provides product and services information, enters customer orders and information, and works to resolve any outstanding questions or potential issues. Successful CSR’s have strong communication skills, enjoy problem solving, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
