Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, handling incoming phone calls to determine problems and find solutions. This includes scheduling services, taking payments, and updating customer files. Additionally, the role involves making outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid. The position emphasizes a team atmosphere focused on meeting service center goals, requiring computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to creating an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Present a professional appearance
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek
  • Willing to work minimal overtime as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers
  • Serve as the first point of contact for any of our internal or external customers
  • Act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue with incoming phone calls
  • Assist in scheduling a service
  • Take a payment
  • Update customer files
  • Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled
  • Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure accounts are paid
  • Work in a team atmosphere that strives to meet the service center's goals each month
