Requirements

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, greet incoming customers.
• Work cooperatively with internal teams.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Contact insurance companies to verify and obtain information on behalf of the customers.
• Assist in scheduling customer appointments.
• Update customers on the status of repair process.
• Input data into shop management system.
• Other duties as assigned.
