NOW HIRING FULLY REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES - MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE Shift flexibility between 8am-11pm weekdays This is a sales support role focusing on various customer campaigns on business need. Will be in a fast paced, high volume environment, mainly doing outbound calls in a scripted setting. Campaigns will vary and change from time to time. These will not be straight cold calls, instead be focused on former/active Freedom customers. -The Customer Service Rep handles customer service inquiries and problems. -Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns -Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department. Additional Skills & Qualifications Candidates with prior call center experience, sales background, high volume/fast paced are preferred. Mortgage experience is not required but a plus. -High School Diploma or GED required -1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required -Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection). -Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required) -Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales preferred experience -Able to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task.
