About The Position

A rapidly growing technology management organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on -site client support team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Technically inclined with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client sites (mileage reimbursed).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with print, copy, scan, and fax devices.
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B service or technology support role.
  • Professional certifications such as A+ or Network+ are a plus.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure and related software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to service requests and provide solutions that meet client expectations with professionalism.
  • Monitor and maintain supply levels at client locations, ensuring readiness for ongoing operations.
  • Support supply chain and device inventory management under your supervisor’s guidance.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventative maintenance.
  • Deliver high -quality service that fosters trust and long -term relationships with clients.
