Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering products to customer locations, educating current and prospective customers, answering questions and closing opportunities for follow on sales with existing accounts and new accounts. Success in this position is dependent upon the Customer Service Representative’s ability to be customer focused, detail oriented, rapidly build relationships, listen, solve problems and increase sales.
